Diesel tank rupture slows traffic on Highway 259 in Rusk County

RUSK COUNTY, Texas (KLTV) - Drivers are advised to use caution traveling on US Highway 259 southbound near County Road 103.
The roadway is reduced to one lane due to a diesel tank rupture and associated cleanup. Use caution in the area and be aware of workers and first responders working to clear the roadway.
